Arabic is a Semitic language spoken around by 150 million people. Arabic is the language of Holy Quran and is spoken in a large area including North African, Arabian Peninsula and other Middle East countries. History is the study of past events, particularly in human affairs. Islamic History is the history of Islam which concerns the political, social, economic and cultural developments of Islamic Civilization. Bachelor of Arts or B.A. in Arabic and Islamic History is a three year graduate course designed to teach Arabic language and Islamic History simultaneously. This six semester program teaches Arabic language and literature, Grammar, Arabic society, Poetry, Drama, Novels, Arabic Communication etc. The course also helps students to acquire knowledge in various social and cultural aspects of Islamic historical processes.
