English is first spoken in early medieval England and it is a West Germanic language of the Indo-European language family. It became the leading language of international discourse in the 21st century. English is the dominant language of United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, Ireland, New Zealand and many more countries. Media study is a field of study that deals with the content, history, and effects of various media, especially the mass media. Bachelor of Arts or B.A. in English and Media Studies is a six semester double main program with three years of study designed to teach English language and media subjects. The course provides knowledge in cultural and social aspects of English literature Grammar, Poetry, Drama, Novels, and English Communication and also teaches the various aspects of media industry. This program equips students with the communication and technology skills needed to succeed in the modern workplace, whether in the media industry or not.
