Bachelor of Arts or B.A. in Museology and Archaeology is a three year graduate program with six semesters. Museology is the science or practice of organizing, arranging, and managing museums. Archaeology is the study of human history and prehistory through the excavation of sites and the analysis of artefacts and other physical remains. The program helps students to study material evidences such as, manuscripts, art pieces, tools, earthenware, pottery, structures, buildings, graves, etc and thus to understand the ancient history, ancient human life and culture. This course also teaches the museological concept, museum architecture and archaeological practices, method and approaches.
