This four-year degree program in Hotel Management and Catering Technology is designed to meet the varied manpower needs of the different segments of the Hotel and Catering Industry. This eight semester program will provide an all round training in Hotel Management and Catering Technology, so as to prepare the students to face the challenges of the industry. The objective of this degree program is to provide theoretical knowledge along with practical skill and proper motivation to build a career in the Hospitality industry, Marketing, hotel administration, catering management, housekeeping, and accounts etc. This program teaches all the core operational and management aspects of hospitality and hotel industry including catering technology. This course is designed to create professionals with management knowledge and operational skills in the field of hotel, hospitality and catering industry by studying the various roles and responsibilities, understand the management and operational techniques, hotel accounting, catering technology etc.
