This program is a combination of two graduate courses one is Bachelor of Commerce or B.Com and the other is Bachelor of Laws or Legum Baccalaureus (LL.B). The duration of the program is five years, divided into ten semesters designed to provide students with knowledge in commerce and business topics along with different law topics. Commerce is defined as the buying and selling of goods or services, especially on a large scale. Commerce includes all those activities, which directly or indirectly facilitate the distribution aspect of the goods or services included in trade or business. The law subjects in this program helps to achieve in-depth knowledge in law and legislature, constitutional and administrative law, international law, labour laws, tax laws, corporate law, civil law, criminal law, patent law, etc.
