Description :

Bachelor of Science or B.Sc. in Geology is a three year graduate program which deals with the study of the earth, the materials of which it is made, the structure of those materials, and the processes acting upon them. It includes the study of organisms that have inhabited our planet. Geology also teaches how Earth's materials, structures, processes and organisms have changed over time. Modern geology significantly overlaps all other Earth sciences, including hydrology and the atmospheric sciences. This six semester course teaches various methods to understand the Earth's structure and evolution, rock description, geophysical techniques, chemical analysis, physical experiments, and numerical modeling.
