Eligibility: Plus two or equivalent
Course Level : Undergraduate (UG)
Duration : 3 Years
Description :

Bachelor of Science or B.Sc. in Zoology (Food Microbiology) is a three year graduate program in the discipline of biology. This six semester program teaches zoology with specialization in food microbiology subjects. Zoology is the branch of biology that studies the animal kingdom and animal life in general. Zoology subjects encompass all aspects of scientific knowledge about animals, like embryonic development, evolution, behavior, ecological distribution, and classification. Food Microbiology is the scientific study of microorganism that inhibits, creates or contaminates food. Food microbiology is important to food safety, production, processing, preservation, and storage. Those who study this course can acquire knowledge in microbiology, physics, chemistry, organic chemistry, and biochemistry.
