B.Tech or Bachelor of Technology in Electronics and Biomedical Engineering is a four-year professional undergraduate engineering program with eight semesters of study. Electronics is concerned with the design of circuits using transistors and microchips, and with the behavior and movement of electrons in a semiconductor, conductor, vacuum, or gas. Biomedical Engineering deals with the application of engineering principles, design concepts and problem solving techniques of engineering to biology and medical science for healthcare treatment, diagnosis, monitoring, therapy etc. This professional engineering program teaches both electronics and biomedical engineering subjects by giving special importance to biomedical engineering. The program teaches the modern worldwide techniques and methods used in electronics especially related to biomedical engineering.
