Bachelor of Vocational (B.Voc) is a skill development based higher education graduate program with multiple exit options such as diploma or advanced diploma. B.Voc programs will provide industry relevant skills and knowledge in a specified job role to become a trained professional in that industry. If students are successfully completed all the six semesters (3 Years) then they will be awarded with Bachelor of Vocational (B.Voc). If the students are successfully completed four semesters (2 Years) or two semesters (1 Year) then they will be awarded with Advanced Diploma or Diploma respectively. Bachelor of Vocational or B.Voc in Fashion Technology and Merchandising is a three year program consisting of six semesters. Fashion technology is mainly concerned with the art of designing, crafting and maintaining cloth materials and other wearable accessories that are pleasing in look and attractive to wear. Merchandising is the activity of promoting the sale of goods. This program teaches the various aspects of fashion technology and merchandising. The program teaches the hottest trends in the world of clothing and makes the students capable to introduce these trends and techniques into consumer-specific garments. The students can also achieve knowledge and skills in various factors in fashion industry including fashion buying, designing, styling, textile planning, production, quality control, marketing and merchandising.
