Wellness craft baker is a profession which produces baked products in artisan bakeries and patisseries by measuring raw materials and ingredients, mixing, kneading, fermenting, shaping, and baking in order to achieve the desired quality and quantity of products. The course will train students to prepare baked foods by keeping the nutrition principles and health values and also provide training in personal and professional hygiene and provide an understanding in food safety standards and requirements.
