Master of Business Law or M.B.L is a postgraduate program extended to a period of three academic years consisting of six semesters that offers knowledge about the commercial elements of law and along with essential business skills. The main aim of this program is to familiarize students with the various aspects of civil, commerce and business laws. This course introduces students to intersect sub-disciplines of law including contract law, corporate law, commercial law, intellectual property rights, banking and investment laws. This course comprises of business knowledge, business skills, legal matters, regulatory wisdom etc. Business Law is also known as commercial law or corporate law, is the body of law that applies to the rights, relations, and conduct of persons and businesses engaged in commerce, merchandising, trade, and sales.
