Commerce is defined as the buying and selling of goods or services, especially on a large scale. Commerce includes all those activities, which directly or indirectly facilitate the distribution aspect of the goods or services included in trade or business. Management is the coordination, control and administration of task involved in an organization to achieve desired goals. This involves the act of allocating resources to accomplish desired goals and objectives efficiently and effectively by performing budget analysis in order to find out ways that the organization can cut costs. Master of Commerce and Management is a two year postgraduate course with four semesters of study. This postgraduate program teaches the different aspects of commerce involved in trade and business, and also this course helps students to develop good managerial skills like planning, organizing, directing, and controlling the resources so they can meet the objectives and goals of the organization.
