Master of Fine Arts in Mural is a two-year postgraduate course which is designed to educates visual artists who create individual work and also perform autonomous research with a view to gain an insight into new prospects to improve their knowledge and skills in the modern, creative, original and innovative techniques in mural art. A mural is any piece of artwork painted or applied directly on a wall, ceiling or other permanent surfaces. This course gives an insight to prepare students to conceptualize and interpret ideas into actual work of art. Fine art is the art form mainly practiced for its aesthetic value and its beauty rather than its functional value. Painting, sculpture, music, architecture, and poetry are examples of fine arts and are practiced and celebrated mainly for its aesthetic value rather than its practical value.
