Painting, sculpture, music, architecture, and poetry are examples of fine arts and which are practiced and celebrated mainly for its aesthetic value rather than its practical value. Sculpting is the branch of fine arts and it is the action or art of creating three dimensional objects by carving, casting, molding, welding or other shaping techniques. Master of Fine Arts - Sculpture is a two year postgraduate course which involves the detailed study of the topics in the areas of sculpture. This four semester program will helps students to achieve wide range of techniques and skills in sculpture and shaping techniques like carving, casting, molding etc.
