Human Resource Management is defined as the process of the effective management of people or manpower in an organization to achieve the goals and objectives of the organization by utilizing the human resources in maximum. In an organization the human resource department is responsible for the activities related to employees like employee recruitment, training and development, performance appraisal, reward management, motivating employees, welfare and healthy measures etc. Master of Human Resource Management (MHRM) is a two year postgraduate course designed to provide a deep understanding in human resource management concepts. This four semester program provides knowledge and skills on different aspects of human resource management of a business concern and also the students can develop practical, managerial and communication skills, and business decision-making capability. The course prepares the students with knowledge, skills, and strategic perspectives essential for business leadership.
