The LL.M or Master of Laws is an internationally recognized postgraduate law program. LL.M also known as Magister Legum or Legum Magister, means master of laws. LL.M in Constitutional Law is a two-year master’s degree program divided into four semesters. Constitutional laws are set of laws, which define the role, powers, structure, political code, procedures, and duties of the governments and sets out fundamental rights, directive principles, and the duties of citizens. This program includes the definition and nature of law of the Constitution of India, the right of equality, fundamental rights of freedom etc. This course will study the relationship of different entities within a state, namely, the executive, the legislature and the judiciary. This program helps to enhance the competency of lawyers, law persons and researchers in constitutional laws.
