Master of Laws (LL.M) in Intellectual Property Rights and Cyber Law is a two year master’s degree program in the field of law. LL.M is also known as Magister Legum or Legum Magister. Intellectual property rights are the legal rights formed with the aim to protect the original intellectual creations such as inventions, the appearance of products, literary, artistic, scientific developments and so on. Cyber law is the part of overall legal systems which formed to control and maintain justice in the cyber world and it is only applied to the internet and internet related technologies. The purpose of the course is to explain about the various dimensions and aspects of intellectual property rights and cyber laws and to enhance the competency of lawyers, law persons and researchers in intellectual property rights and cyber laws.
