Master of Laws (LL.M) in Maritime Law is a two year master’s degree program in the field of law. LL.M is also known as Magister Legum or Legum Magister. Maritime Law is a set of laws which govern or regulate a wide range of nautical issued possible maritime disputes and other nautical matters like shipping, offenses occurring, use of oceans or sea etc. Simply, it is law that deals with the legal matters related to sea, oceans and other open water bodies. Maritime laws also know as admiralty law.
