M.Sc. Analytical Chemistry

Eligibility: Graduation in Chemistry/Petrochemicals or equivalent
Course Level : Postgraduate (PG)
Duration : 2 Years
Description :

Chemistry is a branch of science which deals with the study of the properties, composition and structure of substances. Analytical Chemistry is a branch of chemistry which deals with the study, collecting, processing and sharing of information about the composition and structure of matter. It is the qualitative analysis (to identify the chemical components in a sample) or quantitative analysis (to determine the amount of components in a sample) of matter. Master of Science or M.Sc. in Analytical Chemistry is a two year postgraduate program with four semesters of study. This program teaches different analytical methods and techniques to collect, analyze and process samples of matter. The course provides good theoretical and practical skills to the students to become an excellent chemical analyst.
