Child Development can be defined as the process by which a child changes over time. It includes the sequence of physical, language, thought and emotional changes that occur in a child from birth to the beginning of adulthood. Master of Science or M.Sc. in Child Development is a two year postgraduate program with four semester of study. M.Sc. in Child Development gives firm foundation in all the domains of child development including physical, cognitive, social and emotional. This course is designed to develop professionals with theoretical and practical knowledge in early childhood care, child education, child behavioral and mental health issues. The program creates professionals who can utilize the substantive knowledge in the realm of child development.
