Molecular biology is the branch of biology which deals with the study of composition, structure, function and interaction of cellular molecules especially nucleic acids and proteins that performs the biological processes in living organisms. Genetic Engineering is the process of using recombinant DNA technology in order to the direct manipulation of DNA to alter the characteristics of living organisms. Master of Science or M.Sc. in Molecular Biology and Genetic Engineering is a two year postgraduate program with four semesters of study.
