Master of Science or M.Sc. in Psychiatric Nursing is a two-year postgraduate professional program specialized in the field of nursing practice that involves the care of individuals with a mental health disorder to help them recover and improve their quality of life. This program teaches students to take care of psychological and physical well-being of people with mental health conditions or behavioral problems and provide advanced knowledge of the assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of psychiatric disorders that helps them provide specialized care. Moreover, students can achieve ability to establish collaborative relationship with the members of other disciplines, participate in health planning and nursing management of patients with mental disorders, implementation and evaluation at different levels of mental health care system with good leadership qualities and decision-making abilities.
