Master of Science or M.Sc. in Resource Management and Interior Designing is a postgraduate course with a span of two years of study. This four semester course is designed to deepen the knowledge in various processes of resource productions, its usage, decision making etc in community, and also to deepen student knowledge and skills in interior designing. Resource Management is a branch of home science which deals with the study of the process which individuals use what they have to get what they want. Resources are defined as anything that we use to achieve our goals. And management is the wise and planned use of these resources to achieve desired goals. Interior design is the art and science of designing the interior of a building to achieve an aesthetically pleasing look and a healthier environment inside the building. This course provides skills and knowledge to strengthen the science and practice of resource management by using state-of-the-art qualitative and quantitative methods. The course also helps to deepen the knowledge, skills and ability in different aspects of interior designing.
