Master of Vocational or M.Voc in Food Processing Technology is a two year postgraduate program with four semesters of study. Master of Vocational (M.Voc) programs will provide industry relevant skills and knowledge in a specified job role to become a trained professional in that industry. Food processing technology is the process or techniques used in food industry to make, process, preserve and store food. This involves a set of physicochemical or microbiological methods and techniques. This course helps students to deepen their knowledge in the importance of food safety, food quality, food plant sanitation, food laws and regulations, food engineering and food packaging. The course also provides skills and knowledge to the students to become a successful professional and expert in the food processing industry.
